Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across Direct, SOW, and MSP relationships while maintaining a healthy P&L.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to open new doors, categories, and clients.
  • Partner with senior management on new initiatives and growth programs.
  • Create strategies and pursue creative approaches to exceed team targets.
  • Work with the proposal team to identify, prepare, and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Conduct onsite client visits and build long-term client relationships.
  • Attend community networking events to generate new business relationships.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders, department heads, stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction using quality metrics and client scorecards.
  • Serve as the main escalation point for current clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience/education.
  • 10+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management and Business Development.
  • 5+ years of experience with Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients in the commercial sector.
  • 3+ years of experience in the oil and gas and energy industry preferred.
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, and filling RFIs/RFPs.
  • Experience building sales automation systems and processes.
  • Experience leveraging the latest technologies and AI to automate tasks and outreach.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and execute vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Tech-savvy with current technologies and recruitment trends.
