Description

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed new client acquisition goals.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare facilities and partner on staffing needs.
  • Conduct prospect visits to hospitals and other facilities to present staffing services and secure exclusive business.
  • Manage client relationships to generate referrals and expand existing accounts.
  • Work with recruiters to communicate client needs and identify opportunities.
  • Reverse market physicians and advanced practice providers to clients in the portfolio.
  • Maintain healthy profit margins by processing quality submittals and making placements.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and client scorecards.
  • Attend community networking events to build additional business relationships.
  • Track industry trends and identify new growth opportunities for the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Locum Tenens and advanced practice staffing.
  • Extensive sales and business development experience in acquiring new business.
  • Ability to work in a high-call-volume, high-outreach role.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional planning and execution skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • High energy, competitiveness, and strong personal accountability.
  • Healthcare industry expertise and advisor-level knowledge are preferred.
