Description

  • Expand and deepen existing enterprise accounts by identifying new hiring departments, uncovering additional needs, and increasing contractor headcount.
  • Manage account growth, portfolio profitability, client satisfaction, compliance, and long-term business development across assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Oversee contingent workforce programs, staff augmentation engagements, SOW-based projects, and enterprise-scale MSP delivery.
  • Monitor delivery metrics such as response times and submittal-to-hire ratios to maintain strong supplier performance.
  • Work within major VMS platforms to ensure compliance with client SLAs, SOW deliverables, tiering structures, and onboarding policies.
  • Translate client requirements into clear instructions for internal recruiting teams and review candidate quality before submission.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, MSP partners, and delivery teams to coordinate execution and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and client visits to strengthen strategic partnerships and position the company as a consultative partner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall experience in supplier-side staffing, with agency experience required.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with large-scale MSP/VMS corporate accounts or SOW programs.
  • Experience managing or steering delivery teams.
  • Experience supporting Life Sciences verticals such as Clinical Research, Pharma, Regulatory, QA, or Manufacturing, or highly technical Engineering verticals.
  • Demonstrated stability and career progression in an agency environment, with 2-3+ year tenure preferred.
  • Strong mastery of enterprise VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, and Magnit.
  • Deep understanding of staff augmentation and deliverables-based milestone management.
  • Ability to network beyond automated portals and build relationships with line managers to grow accounts organically.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and data-driven consulting skills with director- and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with ATS tracking tools, Looker or similar analytics dashboards, and modern sourcing mechanics.
