Description

  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Use phone calls, emails, and social media to reach out to prospects.
  • Qualify leads against the company’s target customer profile.
  • Gather and document prospect information to support handoff to the sales team.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outbound efforts with company goals and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Cyara’s products and services to prospects.
  • Follow up on inbound leads promptly and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records in the CRM and ensure data integrity.
  • Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and support higher SQL close rates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an outbound technical sales role.
  • Strong desire to work in sales and develop as a sales professional.
  • Comfortable with cold calling.
  • Eager for coaching and ongoing sales training.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and connect them to business value from technical services.
  • Collaborative, respectful, team-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours, including early mornings and/or evenings for international time zones.
  • Interest in learning product features and competitive landscape.
  • $70,000 - $90,000 a year OTE, with pay based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
