Description

  • Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog end-to-end across the CXG product portfolio.
  • Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery work.
  • Define scope for larger initiatives and facilitate business workshops, roadmap planning, and timeline coordination.
  • Act as the primary decision-maker on sprint priorities by balancing value, effort, dependencies, and risk.
  • Identify integration points and dependencies, and develop high-level solution proposals across systems and data needs.
  • Document requirements through diagrams, use cases, and as-is / to-be process flows.
  • Lead and oversee the Business Analysts team, including priorities and day-to-day project work.
  • Use AI tools to draft user stories, analyze inputs, summarize research, and build prototypes or workflow automations.
  • Partner with Tech, Dev, and Data teams to shape AI-enabled features and validate feasibility.
  • Act as product liaison to Tech/Dev and QA, support testing, resolve defects, and provide end-user training and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in an IT-related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on software products, with Product Owner experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with Agile (Scrum), including backlog management and story writing.
  • Hands-on experience using AI and generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot in a professional context.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML product concepts and how AI capabilities create user and business value is desirable.
  • Experience with product and project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps/TFS, and MS Project.
  • Strong technical background with familiarity in development tools and REST APIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, resource management, and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
