Description

  • Turn undeveloped cases into build-ready PRDs and specification documents.
  • Work with designers on mockups and refine language until requirements are unambiguous.
  • Catch edge cases and client use cases before development starts.
  • Run daily checks on high-priority cases to identify blockers, delays, and delivery risks.
  • Unblock stalled work by going directly to the right person.
  • Own scope accuracy so development matches what was agreed with the client.
  • Use AI as part of the drafting and iteration workflow.
  • Support release communications, including release notes and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

  • Experience turning vague requests into precise, developer-ready written specs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and keep work from getting stuck.
  • Daily use of AI in real workflows, with examples of what you have built or automated.
  • Preferred: prior product management or product owner experience.
  • Preferred: experience writing PRDs, spec docs, or similar structured documentation.
  • Preferred: customer experience or client-facing background transitioning into product.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI agents, skills, and multi-step AI workflows.
