Description

  • Lead a team of Key Account Executives and own overall team revenue quota attainment.
  • Drive self-generated outbound business growth.
  • Build a customer-oriented, high-performance sales culture using technology, teamwork, and process.
  • Manage daily sales activities and key performance metrics.
  • Recruit, hire, evaluate, train, and manage the team within budget.
  • Develop and execute a vertical-focused sales plan to deliver monthly revenue targets.
  • Manage the sales funnel and provide weekly forecasts to senior management.
  • Implement sales policies and practices in line with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to grow sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relatable management experience in sales or a sales environment, highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within company guidelines to achieve performance objectives.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-transaction, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel within the US.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
  • Outgoing and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
