Description

  • Provide concierge-level customer service to riders and customers across phone, chat, and email channels.
  • Answer general product questions and help customers with orders, returns, shipping, and order status.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with riders through follow-up and ongoing support.
  • Use active listening and problem-solving to identify customer needs, concerns, and complaints.
  • Make inbound and outbound calls as part of the customer support workflow.
  • Learn company processes and systems to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Develop product expertise through training and hands-on support of riders.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of riders who are passionate about bikes.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of road and/or mountain bikes, including components, fit, apparel, and gear.
  • Ability to speak fluently about drivetrain compatibility, saddle selection, and gravel vs. CX builds.
  • Experience in the cycling industry preferred.
  • Passion for all things cycling and for helping people.
  • Basic computer operating skills and daily computer use required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and think on your feet.
  • Customer service and sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple inquiry channels.
  • Schedule flexibility, including weekends and evenings until 10:00pm, with at least one weekend day and weekday availability until 9pm MST.
  • Must have wired internet and work remotely from home; no mobile setups allowed.
  • Must be able to attend paid training from May 26 to June 9, 2026, Monday through Friday, with no missed days.
  • Candidates must not reside in Alaska, California, or Hawaii.
