Description

  • Engage pre-qualified inbound leads and guide them through the sales process without cold calling.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer's credit profile and situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to present products and address customer concerns.
  • Use persuasive communication to meet and exceed quotas and performance KPIs.
  • Work across TCP’s software tools, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in daily operations.
  • Collaborate within a remote full-time schedule and maintain consistent sales productivity.
  • Provide customer-focused support with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach.
  • Contribute to client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the United States credit sector, including credit cards, repair, history, score, and reporting.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial and banking services.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Remote full-time availability with one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Ability to work one of the specified EST schedules, including Monday-Thursday plus Saturday or Monday-Friday shifts.
  • Bring Your Own Device requirement with a computer that meets company specifications.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, or Hodu (preferred).

  • Base salary of $12/hour or $2,080/month minimum.
