  • Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for airline passengers.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about flights, bookings, baggage, and travel policies.
  • Resolve customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Stay informed about airline products, services, policies, and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry, is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and a proactive mindset are required.
