Description

  • Provide concierge-level customer service to riders and customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Answer general product questions and help customers with bike gear, fit, apparel, and component-related inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through authentic, follow-up communication.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, shipping, and order status.
  • Contact customers proactively for follow-up and support.
  • Learn company processes and systems to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of bike enthusiasts in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Use product knowledge and training to better assist customers and improve the rider experience.
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of road and/or mountain bikes, including components, fit, apparel, and gear.
  • Ability to speak fluently with customers about drivetrain compatibility, saddle selection, and gravel vs. CX builds.
  • Experience in the cycling industry preferred.
  • Passion for cycling and for helping people.
  • Customer service and sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic computer operating skills and daily computer use required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and think on your feet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple inquiry channels.
  • Schedule flexibility, including at least one weekend day per week and weekday availability until 9pm MST (10pm CST / 11pm EST).
  • Must have wired internet and no mobile setup; remote work from home during training and on the job.
  • Must be able to attend all paid training sessions from May 26, 2026 to June 9, 2026, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm MST.
  • Applicants must not reside in Alaska, California, or Hawaii.
