Description

  • Build email and SMS campaigns in Braze, including creative uploads, image preparation, alt text, link tracking, and audience setup.
  • Perform pre-send QA on campaign rendering, links, pricing, audiences, and send settings.
  • Schedule and deploy daily campaigns, progressing to full ownership of campaign execution.
  • Convert the campaign calendar into briefs and Wrike tickets and keep creative, copy, and audience inputs on track.
  • Collaborate with Creative, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams to deliver timely, on-brand campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and send timing and recommend improvements.
  • Use AI tools, including Claude, to improve campaign workflows and identify efficiencies.
  • Track open, click, and conversion rates and report performance insights.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of hands-on experience sending email campaigns through a CRM or email platform such as Klaviyo, Iterable, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Braze.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools or skills quickly and independently.
  • Experience using AI tools independently to build, automate, or research something.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors before campaigns are sent.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage overlapping deadlines, including during the holiday peak season.
  • Comfort with technical work and willingness to learn basic HTML for email.
  • Experience with Braze, Wunderkind, Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Suite, or Canva (preferred).
  • Experience with SMS campaigns, HTML/CSS for email, A/B testing, or retail/e-commerce (preferred).
  • Experience with Wrike, Figma, Email on Acid, or Litmus, and interest in the culinary industry and Sur La Table brand (preferred).
