Description

  • Own lifecycle communications across email, push notifications, and in-app banners.
  • Run and improve existing customer journeys and create new journeys to address funnel gaps.
  • Manage transactional, triggered, seasonal, and product campaigns.
  • Maintain a coordinated communications calendar and prevent over-messaging.
  • Develop growth, activation, and retention strategies to increase ARPU.
  • Experiment with messaging, timing, channels, and user cohorts.
  • Measure and report the impact of campaigns on activation and retention KPIs.
  • Use AI to automate campaign creation, quality assurance, reporting, and other manual workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing, ideally for a B2C app in fintech or crypto.
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP or customer engagement platform such as Iterable, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience building email and push automations, including transactional and triggered flows.
  • Understanding of funnels, cohorts, activation, churn, and engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills in A/B testing and cohort analysis.
  • Ability to independently pull and analyze performance data.
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Metabase, or SQL is a plus.
  • Structured, methodical communication style and confidence sharing ideas with a team.
  • Interest in crypto.
