Description

  • Source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects across APAC and EMEA, including hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, retail/CFD brokers, and asset managers.
  • Drive adoption of Crypto.com’s tokenized real-world asset offerings by educating clients on product mechanics, use cases, and risk profiles.
  • Sell the full suite of Crypto.com institutional products, including Exchange, OTC desk, Custody, CFD liquidity, and RWA instruments.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure a smooth time-to-trade.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of institutional and VIP clients, with responsibility for retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Strategy teams on competitors, client pain points, RWA developments, brokerage trends, and regional regulatory shifts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts, and report on KPIs such as trading volume, AUM, and RWA transaction flow.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to execute growth strategies while managing personal sales targets and a book of business.

Requirements

  • 4–12 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management within FinTech, Traditional Finance, or a regulated derivatives/exchange environment.
  • 2+ years of dedicated experience in the digital asset space.
  • Solid understanding of spot and derivatives trading, custodial workflows, and RWA products.
  • Strong understanding of CFD products and the retail brokerage ecosystem, including broker-LP relationships, A-book/B-book models, and retail flow dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience at or selling into a CFD/retail broker is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of tokenized real-world assets such as on-chain fixed income, equities, or commodity-backed tokens; direct sales or BD experience in this vertical is a strong plus.
  • An existing network of institutional contacts across APAC and/or EMEA, including crypto-native funds, HFT firms, asset managers, family offices, and retail/CFD brokers.
  • Ability to discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-account structures, and on-chain settlement mechanics with technical client teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas and volume targets across multiple product types.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging portfolio managers, operations heads, broker CEOs, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Startup mindset with the ability to pivot quickly as market conditions, product offerings, and regulatory environments change.
  • Open to mid-level Manager through Senior Manager profiles.
