Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor delivering change management support across the full Coupa suite, including Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Asset Management.
  • Lead change management discovery workshops, identify stakeholder impacts, and design appropriate interventions.
  • Create and execute change management strategies covering communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
  • Develop and deliver communications and training materials, including job aids and instructor-led trainings.
  • Monitor user readiness and adoption, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure the people side of change is prioritized in delivery.
  • Define and track success metrics, and provide updates to project leadership and clients.
  • Mentor team members through coaching, ongoing feedback, and annual performance reviews.
  • Support project teams in resolving complex issues.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, recruiting, methodology development, and AI-enabled client solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in change management, consulting, or SaaS implementations.
  • Experience leading change management across multiple full-lifecycle Coupa or enterprise technology implementations.
  • Experience delivering to large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients.
  • Track record of mentoring junior team members and building strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in communication planning, stakeholder mapping, and training design.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Ability to influence and manage senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Background in professional services, ideally with a focus in Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • Coupa certification preferred.
  • Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP preferred.
  • Willingness to travel when required by clients during critical milestones, approximately 25–50%.
  • Comfort with responsibly exploring and adopting firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
