Description

  • Set the vision and direction for multilingual learning pedagogy and implementation.
  • Advise academic and school leaders on literacy instruction, multilingual learner supports, and program implementation.
  • Analyze achievement, language proficiency, coaching, and observation data to identify priorities and action plans.
  • Lead professional learning and coaching for literacy instruction and multilingual learner support across regions.
  • Support curriculum adoption, customization, and rollout of literacy and integrated English language development programs.
  • Monitor literacy and multilingual learner goals and coordinate instructional resources across network and regional teams.
  • Build staff capacity through coaching, school visits, feedback, team meetings, and professional development.
  • Develop implementation tools and resources aligned with school needs and network priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience coaching, managing, or developing adults toward strong instructional and student outcomes.
  • 2–4 additional years of successful teaching experience, preferably in elementary settings, with strong student achievement results.
  • Experience leading curriculum development, implementation, instructional projects, or school-based academic initiatives.
  • Experience with Amplify CKLA strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing and delivering professional development to varied audiences.
  • Expertise in literacy curriculum design, English language development, and multilingual learner instruction.
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Ability to meet physical demands including frequent standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
