Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for mold inspection, remediation, and sanitation practices.
  • Travel to local offices and job sites to train, coach, and support technicians and managers.
  • Conduct field ride-alongs and site visits to assess techniques, provide hands-on coaching, and promote quality consistency.
  • Develop and maintain mold training materials, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with local leadership to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • Monitor service-line metrics including revenue, close rates, customer satisfaction, and callbacks.
  • Recommend corrective actions and support teams in meeting performance goals.
  • Stay current on mold assessment and remediation regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Support onboarding and training for new hires in the mold trade line.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leaders on mold-specific campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in mold inspection, remediation, or a related environmental services field.
  • IICRC Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS) certification or an applicable state mold remediation license.
  • Experience training, coaching, leading, or developing technicians or field teams.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities across a multi-market territory.
  • Experience reviewing performance metrics and using data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn systems such as ServiceTitan.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history and ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to travel 50–75%, including frequent overnight travel; access job-site environments, demonstrate remediation techniques, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
