Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for mold inspection, remediation, and sanitation practices.
  • Travel to offices and job sites to train, coach, and support technicians and managers.
  • Conduct ride-alongs and site visits to observe techniques and promote consistent quality.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with local leadership to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • Monitor revenue, close rates, customer satisfaction, callbacks, and other service-line metrics.
  • Recommend corrective actions and support teams in meeting performance goals.
  • Support onboarding and training for new mold trade-line hires.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership on mold campaigns and promotions.
  • Document training activities, site visits, observations, and findings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in mold inspection, remediation, or related environmental services.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • IICRC Mold Remediation Specialist certification or applicable state mold remediation license.
  • Experience training, coaching, or developing field-service or trade teams.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently across a multi-market territory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn systems such as ServiceTitan.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving history, and ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to walk, climb ladders, access attics, crawlspaces, and basements, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50–75%, including frequent overnight travel.
