Description

  • Qualify, follow up, educate, and develop inbound and outbound leads to move prospects through Cribl’s sales process.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads according to defined service-level agreements.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives using Cribl’s qualification criteria.
  • Research target accounts, identify key personas, add contacts, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
  • Use sales techniques to uncover customer needs and business challenges and position Cribl’s solution effectively.
  • Log, track, and maintain lead and opportunity activity in Salesforce according to the lead-to-opportunity process.
  • Distribute leads and meetings accurately to the assigned sales executives after discovery.
  • Meet meeting quota and support territory revenue and growth objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors, attend customer meetings as needed, and collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline generation.
  • Attend sales meetings, training, and local trade shows to stay current on technology.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align them with a successful product sale.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience and a college degree are preferred.
  • Fluency in French is required to cover France.
