Description

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand Cribl’s value throughout the sales process.
  • Articulate the value proposition across the organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast accurately and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Work across time zones and occasionally outside standard working hours as needed.
  • Build strong, enduring customer relationships with a customer-first approach.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience.
  • Experience selling to Security and IT personas, including SIEM, Observability, CISOs, and CIOs.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup with fewer than 1000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year.
  • Experience running complex sales processes.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must live locally to the Bay Area territory for this remote role.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $140,000 to $155,000 USD.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation/commission for sales and some sales-adjacent roles.
