Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior National Account Executives to exceed strategic quotas.
  • Provide strategic coaching, executive support, and deal guidance to help reps win high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Engine’s product suite, business goals, and the travel management and distribution landscape.
  • Actively participate in strategic sales cycles, including key meetings, proposal development, and deal structuring.
  • Build and maintain a high-accountability culture across a fully remote sales team.
  • Analyze CRM data, including deal velocity, win/loss trends, and conversion rates, to improve performance.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to align the value proposition to customer needs.
  • Coach reps on outbound prospecting strategy and executive-level account penetration.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing senior, strategic Account Executives.
  • Deep knowledge of TMC ecosystems, GDS distribution, and SAP Concur integrations.
  • Proven track record building outbound prospecting playbooks for enterprise targets.
  • Experience coaching experienced reps with a strategic, consultative leadership style.
  • Experience managing teams in a 100% remote environment.
  • Strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and technical integrations.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership approach.
  • Experience with CRM-based performance analysis and sales management (preferred).

Benefits

  • Total OTE of $230,000 to $250,000 USD.
  • Competitive base salary with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
