Description

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across the Midwest.
  • Build the sales team and help develop future sales leaders at Cribl.
  • Create and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
  • Support and contribute to GTM strategy as part of the leadership team.
  • Lead remote teams across multiple time zones and adjust work hours when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently overachieving annual sales goals.
  • Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with SaaS sales in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • Background in successfully selling large deals to large enterprises, including Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Experience using MEDDIC.
  • Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
  • Preferred background in cloud, security, or machine learning.

  • Base salary range of $200,000 to $2,150,000 USD.
