Description

  • Act as a trusted strategic and technical advisor throughout the customer success lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and senior management to drive enablement, adoption, and value plans.
  • Drive product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and support additional use cases that increase customer value.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and recommend initiatives that help customers succeed with Cribl solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, experience, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer.
  • Track customer metrics and account information in the Customer Success Platform to monitor health, success, and signs of distress.
  • Mentor and coach team members within the Customer Experience organization.
  • Engage with both technical and management audiences, including executive-level business discussions.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours to support a remote-first, multi-time-zone customer base.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related post-sales customer advocacy or engagement role.
  • Experience with customer success and an engineering-first approach focused on customer outcomes and value.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and customer expectation management skills.
  • Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers in a high-growth environment.
  • Engineering background with proven ability to develop relationships in enterprise settings.
  • Experience with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
  • Deep understanding of managing data pipelines across the full data lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to develop new use cases that reduce, reuse, enrich, and route data to drive outcomes.
  • Strong engineering and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%-20%.
  • Must live in Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana.
  • Preferred experience administering data engineering or analytics platforms such as Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, or Snowflake.
  • Preferred familiarity with customer success platforms such as GainSight or PlanHat.
  • Preferred working knowledge of major cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Preferred experience working remotely.
