Description

  • Support the end-to-end administration of public and private training programs.
  • Coordinate training schedules, learner enrolments, and session logistics.
  • Manage learner communications, including invitations, reminders, and course updates.
  • Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and operational data in Salesforce.
  • Generate and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with instructor scheduling, training logistics, and classroom requirements.
  • Publish and maintain course schedules and information on certification and partner portals.
  • Support course catalogues, training content, certification records, and accreditation requirements.
  • Support channel partner administration, including onboarding, quotations, and operational requests.
  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge repositories while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of experience in learning administration, training operations, program coordination, education operations, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience supporting professional training, certification programs, corporate learning, or customer-facing training operations is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, LMS, or other learning/operations platforms; hands-on Salesforce experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, schedules, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with learners, instructors, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams and time zones.
