Description

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and own overall account health, satisfaction, and strategic direction.
  • Lead weekly client meetings, provide progress updates, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Translate client goals and objectives into technical tasks, requirements, and implementation steps.
  • Validate data flows, use cases, QA steps, and data quality with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Maintain project plans and track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies in tools such as Teamwork PM, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Coordinate with solution engineers to ensure client requirements are clearly documented and aligned with delivery.
  • Guide roadmap discussions to help clients expand use cases and increase platform value.
  • Identify account risks and upsell opportunities proactively and escalate or collaborate with leadership when needed.
  • Produce clear documentation and concise status updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical account management, MarTech consulting, or digital project management.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Tealium, including iQ, AudienceStream, and EventStream.
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about tags, data layers, audiences, and connectors.
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using project management tools such as Teamwork, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with downstream activation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, or ad platforms is a plus.
  • Comfort with JavaScript, APIs, data-layer logic, and CDP platform mechanics.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Interest in submitting a resume plus a short note describing relevant platform experience and notable implementations or technical projects.
