Description

  • Create and own adoption strategy plans for large strategic customers and coordinate execution across internal and external teams.
  • Help customers define success goals tied to business objectives and measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted partner in strategic customer conversations about long-term needs and best practices.
  • Analyze and report on customer opportunities for virtual cards, bank transfers, and working capital or early pay discount solutions.
  • Build strong partnerships with customers, Coupa Pay partners, suppliers, and Coupa colleagues.
  • Provide Coupa platform demonstrations and training to customers.
  • Discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform and how it addresses customer business needs.
  • Meet customers in person through occasional travel.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience working directly with large enterprise clients to drive customer success.
  • 10+ years of experience in payments or systems applications, either in finance/procurement organizations or with consulting firms or software providers.
  • Deep domain expertise in payments and/or procurement systems.
  • Relevant experience with B2B payments, especially digital payments solutions, preferred.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to execute plans that drive rapid, successful go-live and adoption.
  • Experience with SaaS is a plus.
  • Experience with Coupa BSM or other financial payment, accounting, source-to-pay, or procurement software is a plus.
  • Prior sales or lead consulting experience with Coupa, Tipalti, Nvoicepay, Bill.com, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, or SAP is a strong predictor of success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is strongly preferred.
