Description

  • Write the core story and positioning for the Supplier Network and paid products.
  • Develop segment-specific value propositions and ensure consistent messaging across website content, sales materials, onboarding emails, and other channels.
  • Partner with Product and Growth teams to drive supplier sign-ups, activation, and upgrades.
  • Own content strategy, in-product copy, launch plans, and sales enablement for growth initiatives.
  • Lead pricing and packaging strategy, including bundling and recommendation development based on research and experimentation.
  • Conduct willingness-to-pay interviews, conjoint studies, and pricing experiments to inform pricing decisions.
  • Test landing pages, onboarding flows, email sequences, and packaging options to improve performance.
  • Maintain current competitive intelligence and market trend insights to inform product and pricing decisions.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Data Science to build and maintain a data-backed supplier segmentation framework.
  • Develop tailored positioning, messaging, and go-to-market playbooks for each supplier segment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in a SaaS company, marketplace, or product-led business.
  • Fluent English with the ability to write compelling copy and present to executives.
  • Deep understanding of subscription business models and unit economics, including pricing tiers, packaging, free-to-paid conversion, and expansion motions.
  • Experience with freemium or self-serve products and knowledge of activation funnels and time-to-value.
  • Experience running pricing experiments and analyzing cohort data.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps based on market needs.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and comfort testing assumptions before acting.
  • Ability to work independently in a small team with high autonomy and define strategy while executing.
  • Willingness to do foundational work, including first drafts, data pulling, and building playbooks from scratch.
