Description

  • Define and operationalize enterprise go-to-market plays across key segments and industries.
  • Develop value frameworks tailored to enterprise buying groups such as CIOs, CISOs, and data leaders.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve deal velocity, win rates, and account expansion.
  • Translate positioning and solutions into pipeline-generating programs.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, partners, and customer success to ensure consistent funnel execution.
  • Support cross-sell opportunities and platform adoption within the existing customer base.
  • Build enterprise-ready sales plays, messaging, and tools for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Create battlecards, objection handling, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Support strategic deals and top accounts with tailored messaging and deal strategy.
  • Develop repeatable frameworks for account targeting, segmentation, and deal progression.
  • Maintain global consistency while allowing regional flexibility in execution.
  • Refine go-to-market motions based on field feedback and performance data.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles in enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal dynamics.
  • Experience building and scaling repeatable go-to-market motions.
  • Track record of driving measurable outcomes such as pipeline, revenue, and adoption.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Experience translating technical products into use cases and business outcomes (preferred).
  • Prior success as a marketing leader and sales partner with strong field credibility (preferred).
  • Highly execution-oriented with a focus on business outcomes rather than just assets (preferred).
  • Comfort working in ambiguity while driving clarity and results (preferred).
