Description

  • Lead the full lifecycle of technical projects from scope definition and discovery through implementation and deployment.
  • Develop project plans with timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and budget forecasts.
  • Manage projects involving the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered software.
  • Coordinate work across Business Partners, Portfolio Leads, Business Operational Leadership, Business Applications, and Data Analytics teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and portfolio management to align projects with strategic goals.
  • Provide transparent status updates, dashboards, and steering committee presentations to business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by identifying and communicating risks, dependencies, and changes to scope or timeline.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions to drive decisions and remove blockers.
  • Track project performance, report on progress, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and financial reporting to ensure delivery within approved constraints.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Experience managing the full project lifecycle, including technology discovery/selection and end-to-end technical implementation projects.
  • Experience leading complex projects with multiple cross-functional teams and both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Agile project management methodology.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with budget management and financial tracking for technical projects.
  • Direct project management experience with AI or data-intensive software projects is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise-level IT environment.
