Description

Lead multiple medium-to-high complexity IT projects across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business objectives.
Ensure project governance, documentation, oversight, and reporting comply with Florida Administrative Code Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009.
Coordinate WITS teams, bureau leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, risk registers, communication plans, and status reports.
Evaluate change requests, conduct impact analyses, and provide recommendations to leadership.
Monitor project health, risks, issues, baselines, variances, and trends; develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
Perform requirements elicitation, workflow mapping, process analysis, stakeholder interviews, and validation sessions.
Plan staffing, budgets, equipment, vendor services, and technology needs while defining and reviewing quality standards.
Provide weekly written reports covering program and project progress, cost, quality, risks, and mitigation efforts.
Apply PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
PMP certification or successful completion of an industry-recognized project management curriculum.
At least 7 years of IT work experience.
At least 7 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
Experience managing projects across multiple technologies and programmatic areas.
Extensive knowledge of resource management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change management.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies and IT service management principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, and standard enterprise tools.
