Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex, multi-product implementations.
  • Create customer-facing plans defining scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and responsibilities.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress, decisions, risks, milestones, and next steps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Build, Customer Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate customer priorities and clinic workflows into implementation requirements and build specifications.
  • Manage escalations, blockers, risks, and milestone delays against defined response and resolution targets.
  • Coordinate solution configuration, training, and support activities to prepare customers for launch.
  • Maintain accurate project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and milestones in project management tools.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and proactively improve implementation processes using AI and other tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-product implementations or similar customer-facing projects.
  • Experience using Klient PSA, Wrike, or another complex project management platform for activity management, time tracking, and visibility.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale implementations and go-lives on schedule, ideally in under 60 days.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage approximately 15–25 complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer meeting leadership and expectation setting.
  • Ability to understand practice management software, workflows, technical dependencies, and customer preferences.
  • Ability to convert customer workflows and preferences into clear build specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to build, streamline, or optimize processes.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to balance customer and business requirements.
  • Dedicated quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to be camera-on during calls.
  • Veterinary or healthcare SaaS implementation experience preferred; VoIP and telephony knowledge is a plus.
