Description

  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership to develop event strategies that support quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals for new business.
  • Prioritize and manage regional and national events (3rd‑party and Coupa‑hosted), including program selection, messaging, targeting, and execution.
  • Develop and execute multi-touch, end‑to‑end field marketing plans to engage target accounts and accelerate pipeline across Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Partner with Integrated Campaigns, Product & Solution Marketing, ABM, Events, Brand, and Marketing Ops to ensure consistent messaging and high‑impact touchpoints across field programs.
  • Use intent and engagement data (e.g., 6sense) and other analytics to optimize programs, provide insights, and improve target account engagement.
  • Independently execute and manage multi‑channel campaigns using marketing operations tools and ensure timely follow‑up on leads.
  • Measure and report program impact on pipeline and revenue, turning complex data into clear insights and recommended next steps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise B2B marketing experience with expertise in field marketing strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Demonstrated success running regional and national field events and measuring their impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Working knowledge of 6sense, Folloze, Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tableau, and other campaign orchestration platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience owning reporting and converting data into insights and actions.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales leadership and account teams to co‑develop account plans and drive pipeline.
  • Proven project management and creative problem‑solving skills, with the ability to execute in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strategic, outcome‑oriented mindset with experience planning and executing high‑impact marketing plans across field events.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel 20–30%.
