Description

  • Drive cross-selling revenue across assigned accounts to meet or exceed quota.
  • Partner with customers, Customer Value Managers, and internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities aligned to business objectives.
  • Develop end-to-end account plans and account development strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Design and execute a strategy to position Coupa as a market leader in Business Spend Management.
  • Build an account penetration model that expands access to key stakeholders.
  • Align value messaging to the chief economic buyer in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Value Managers, Value Solutions Consultants, and Customer Support to strengthen Coupa’s presence in accounts.
  • Maintain executive sponsorship and understand customer business needs to support account expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience for CORP/MM roles or 5+ years for Enterprise roles.
  • Experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Strong SaaS sales background with a proven track record of growing existing accounts.
  • Experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Domain knowledge in Spend Management is a plus.
  • Ability to identify client pain points and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and ability to bring fresh ideas for replacing existing solutions with Coupa’s Spend Management portfolio, including Coupa Pay and Coupa Supply Chain.
