Description

  • Support the Resident Manager in implementing operational and administrative programs that maintain resident satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day resident relations functions and coordinate with cross-functional colleagues to support a positive resident experience.
  • Resolve complex or sensitive resident concerns, questions, requests, and chronic policy noncompliance issues.
  • Assist with resident information and engagement campaigns to improve satisfaction survey results and community rankings.
  • Create accountability among team members by setting expectations, supervising work, and providing timely performance feedback.
  • Train, coach, motivate, and mentor team members on company culture, business goals, sales techniques, and leasing operations.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key partner stakeholders and respond to partner requests as needed.
  • Perform the duties of a Resident Associate and other assigned responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 6 months in residential property management.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and coach team members to improve performance.
  • Experience training team members on customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver data-driven customer loyalty and retention programs.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and connect operational activities to business strategy.
  • Ability to organize individual and team activities to meet or exceed business goals.
  • Ability to professionally interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and resolve escalated customer concerns.
  • Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and availability to work weekend and evening hours as needed.
