Description

  • Manage, coach, and develop Account Managers to support performance and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and regular feedback sessions for the team.
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients and system training in ServiceSync WOM.
  • Support recruitment and interviews for Account Manager hires.
  • Oversee repair and maintenance service delivery across multiple client accounts.
  • Act as the escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead monthly client meetings, ongoing check-ins, and virtual client presentations in Microsoft Teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and Executive Leadership on pricing, billing accuracy, escalations, and service execution.
  • Manage vendor performance, expectations, coordination, onboarding, vetting, and compliance.
  • Monitor SLA compliance, prepare monthly performance reports, support budgeting and profitability targets, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Facility Management, Repair & Maintenance, or a similar service industry preferred.
  • Background in Account Management, Client Success, or service delivery strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, or service providers.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, service platforms, and virtual tools.
  • Comfortable leading client meetings in Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales or upselling experience preferred.
  • Experience with facility management or repair and maintenance operations is preferred.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring account managers is preferred.
  • Experience with service/work order management systems is preferred.
  • Experience in client relationship growth or upselling is preferred.
  • Experience in virtual client-facing roles is preferred.
