Description

  • Assist with the preparation and launch of training programs, including application setup, client communications, and instructional staff hiring.
  • Oversee multiple programs at once, managing timelines and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Support strategic initiatives to improve program impact, learner experience, and scalability.
  • Manage the admissions process, including application setup, applicant pipeline monitoring, reporting, marketing initiatives, Q&A sessions, and applicant support.
  • Manage screening, review, and hiring processes for Teaching Assistants and Lead Instructors.
  • Run live online training programs and support learners, instructors, teaching assistants, and other stakeholders throughout delivery.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide support to instructors and contractual staff.
  • Troubleshoot learner issues and maintain a friendly, professional learning environment.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of 1-2 Operations Analysts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support client relationship management, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of program management experience, including at least 1 year in an educational or training institution.
  • JLPT N2 certification required, with N1 preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong command of Keigo in both spoken and written Japanese, including the ability to lead negotiations and deliver presentations in professional Japanese.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Experience leading and managing teams with autonomy and proven success.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Experience with data analysis, CRM or Salesforce, and other education-related software is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely, preferably from Europe, MENA, or LatAm.
  • Availability to work approximately 4:00AM ET - 12:00PM ET.
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays, with compensatory time off provided.
