Description

  • Assist in preparing and launching training programs, including application setup, client communications, and instructional staff hiring.
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously while tracking timelines and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Support the Senior Operations Team with strategic initiatives to improve program impact, learner experience, and scalability.
  • Oversee the admissions process, including application setup, applicant pipeline monitoring, reporting, and applicant support.
  • Coordinate hiring and screening for instructional contractors such as Teaching Assistants and Lead Instructors.
  • Manage live online training programs and support learners, instructors, teaching assistants, and other stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Monitor learner progress, troubleshoot learner needs, and ensure course technology functions properly.
  • Lead and provide guidance to a small team of Operations Analysts, including feedback, mentorship, and development support.
  • Support client relationship management by addressing client needs, concerns, and opportunities for program improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to program reporting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of program management experience, including at least 1 year in an educational or training institution.
  • JLPT N2 certification or equivalent professional experience; N1 preferred.
  • Demonstrated fluency in Keigo, with the ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver presentations in professional Japanese.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Experience leading and managing teams with autonomy and success.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Experience with data analysis, CRM or Salesforce, and other education-related software is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely, preferably from Europe, MENA, or LatAm.
  • Availability to work approximately 4:00AM ET - 12:00PM ET.
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays, with compensatory time off provided.
