Description

  • Identify, prospect, and close employer partnerships for roles aligned with Correlation One’s program tracks.
  • Build and manage a scalable employer pipeline across technology, financial services, healthcare, logistics, and professional services.
  • Develop outreach strategies to engage hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, and HR executives at mid-market and enterprise employers.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that include hiring commitments, interview pipelines, and co-branded talent programs.
  • Partner with state workforce agencies and government partnerships teams to recruit employers into registered apprenticeship programs.
  • Educate employers on apprenticeship value, tax incentives, and talent retention benefits.
  • Grow the employer base for existing state apprenticeship partnerships and support expansion into new states.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for employers hiring Amazon Career Choice graduates across multiple training tracks.
  • Collaborate with program teams to align graduate profiles with employer job requirements and validate market demand.
  • Own employer partnership KPIs, maintain a CRM-based pipeline in HubSpot, and report results and market intelligence to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in employer partnerships, business development, or workforce sales within workforce development, staffing, talent solutions, or employer-sponsored training organizations.
  • Proven track record of building employer hiring pipelines and closing partnership agreements with mid-market and enterprise employers.
  • Deep familiarity with the workforce development ecosystem, including registered apprenticeships, employer-sponsored training models, and state/federal workforce programs.
  • Experience working with or selling into HR, talent acquisition, and workforce planning functions at Fortune 500 or large-scale employers.
  • Strong understanding of skills-based hiring trends, employer talent challenges, and non-degree talent pipelines.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, with HubSpot preferred, and data-driven pipeline management.
  • Direct experience at a national workforce development organization such as Year Up, Per Scholas, NPower, Generation, JFF, Apprenti, or similar is preferred.
  • Experience with apprenticeship programs, including employer onboarding and compliance requirements, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Career Choice or other large-scale employer education benefit programs is preferred.
  • Experience managing employer relationships across multiple geographies or program verticals simultaneously is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, cybersecurity, IT support, or operations career pathways is preferred.
  • Must be based in Canada and able to work in the EST time zone.
