Description

  • Lead and develop the Automotive/Auto Finance practice and set its strategic direction and growth plans.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition.
  • Drive operational excellence in service delivery to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
  • Manage senior-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee solution development and ensure alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team within the practice to build capability and expertise.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the automotive or auto finance industry with a strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams or practices in a BPO or consulting environment.
  • Deep knowledge of automotive finance products, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.
  • Excellent client management and communication abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to align sales, operations, and delivery teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
