Description

  • Design and execute regional campaigns that generate net-new pipeline and accelerate existing deals.
  • Leverage inbound and outbound channels including content syndication, digital advertising, field events, webinars, and nurture programs.
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to develop and run account-based marketing programs for high-value target accounts.
  • Create personalized multi-channel experiences that increase engagement, influence buying committees, and drive conversion.
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales by supporting territory goals and communicating campaign plans for effective field use.
  • Own end-to-end execution of integrated field campaigns, including audience alignment, timing, and channel optimization.
  • Collaborate with content, digital, and operations teams to deliver campaigns.
  • Measure campaign performance using attribution, pipeline influence, and engagement analytics, and optimize based on insights.
  • Liaise with global marketing, product marketing, and subject matter experts to align messaging and strategy across regional and global initiatives.
  • Design and manage partner/channel marketing programs to engage partners, support enablement, and expand market reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3+ years in a field marketing or demand generation role.
  • Strong experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and named account strategy.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with enterprise sales teams and influence pipeline outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and campaign analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success running multi-channel programs across the funnel from awareness to revenue.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics including digital advertising, lifecycle nurture, content strategy, and event marketing.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Curiosity about new marketing trends, technologies, and buyer behavior insights.
  • Familiarity with webinar tools such as ON24 and campaign intake or internal service desk tools such as Asana.
  • Strong writing skills.
