Description

  • Project manage a portfolio of customer onboardings to drive successful implementation outcomes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during onboarding and implementation.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on project scope, timelines, and status.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide consistent communication to clients and Cordial teams.
  • Develop and share implementation best practices with clients.
  • Ensure platform rollouts are completed according to required timelines and customer initiative requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts to support satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales to improve adoption and meet client goals.
  • Help clients understand and activate AI-powered capabilities during onboarding.
  • Use AI tools to streamline project tracking, documentation, status reporting, and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of successful client implementations and project delivery.
  • Strong project planning, communication, and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open projects with varying complexity and priority.
  • Experience handling incidents, escalations, exceptions, and complex business challenges professionally.
  • Comfort working with senior-level marketers, IT/systems integrators, and marketing technology and services partners.
  • Ability to collaborate across internal teams including Experience Management, Strategy, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive leadership.
  • Experience in a dynamic, autonomous start-up environment.
  • Interest in AI and willingness to use AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Cordial’s technology ecosystem, including RESTful APIs, JavaScript Tag, Dynamic Scripting for Email/SMS/Push, and a sophisticated UI is preferred.
