Description

  • Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for FloQast’s SAP integration strategy across SAP S/4HANA and legacy ECC environments.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for FloQast’s integration ecosystem, including APIs, connectors, SFTP, and SAML.
  • Join late-stage sales opportunities to demonstrate integration requirements, answer technical questions, and help secure IT approval.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Account Managers on technical deal strategy and next steps.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on integration gaps and needed product developments.
  • Design and validate integration workflows using FloQast’s connectivity architecture to remove technical blockers in complex SAP landscapes.
  • Advise prospects on month-end close optimization through SAP job orchestration and T-code execution.
  • Partner with customer IT teams to map financial data needs to SAP data structures and ingestion requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer-facing technical guides for third-party integrations and support sales enablement materials.
  • Deliver integrations and test environments for proof-of-concept engagements and create regular expressions for data parsing as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a Financial Business Systems, Technical IT Consulting, IT, or related role focused on integrations and system interoperability.
  • Deep understanding of SAP environments, including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Integration Suite entitlements, and Public vs. Private Cloud deployment models.
  • Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA or ECC, including configuration, integration, or migration support.
  • Experience with cloud storage systems and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate SAP data dictionaries and understand standard SAP table structures such as ACDOCA.
  • Experience implementing or supporting integration projects involving SAP APIs (OData/RESTful) and secure file exchange (SFTP).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing work across live meetings, Zoom, and email.
  • Ability to explain technical IT concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, follow-through, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.
  • Familiarity with scripting and data formats such as regex, JSON, Python, and SQL, preferred.
  • Experience publishing or updating technical documentation, preferred.

  • Base salary range of $115,000 to $150,000.
