Description

  • Manage the support ticket system and provide day-to-day application support.
  • Support business users through incident and problem management.
  • Evaluate, test, approve, and communicate monthly patches and quarterly releases to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and implement configuration changes in Oracle CCS.
  • Monitor system alerts and integration performance.
  • Maintain and update system and training documentation, and provide training on changes.
  • Maintain Oracle and BI Publisher reporting, develop new reports, and update dashboards.
  • Support the workgroup with utility industry knowledge and help assess and improve run processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to determine issue resolutions and contribute to the customer knowledgebase.
  • Develop or enhance instructions and job aids, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing customizations for Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) 2.6 application, with 2.7 preferred.
  • Strong functional and technical expertise in CC&B and CCS.
  • Extensive knowledge of CC&B Java and minimum 3 years of Java experience.
  • Experience working with UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs, and service tasks.
  • Good knowledge of XAI, XSLT, and XPath.
  • Experience with PL/SQL development.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Utilities SDK, Eclipse 3.7, and Hibernate Query Language.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • File transfer management experience.
  • Broad functional knowledge of CC&B in at least 2-3 core areas, such as Billing, Payments, Credit & Collection, and Financials, with strong configuration knowledge.
  • Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Certified Implementation Specialist certification or Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Certified Implementation certification.
