Description

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategies for enterprise-level healthcare partnerships.
  • Build the playbook for selling into high-value healthcare customers and coach future account executives.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities and create tailored solutions for healthcare organizations.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to support implementation and delivery.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of CookUnity’s offerings and the competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for complex, high-value deals.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to internal teams on healthcare trends and opportunities.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and track pipeline activity in CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of securing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated success selling into healthcare, including hospitals, health systems, telehealth providers, and/or health plans.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory environments, compliance, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals from conferences, direct outreach, and network events.
  • Food service operations and management knowledge, including state and local regulation related to nutrition delivery in residential programs, preferred.
  • Experience working on enterprise deals exceeding $500K in total contract value, preferred.
  • An established network within the healthcare sector, preferred.
  • Passion for food, interest in food as medicine, or background in food services, nutrition, or wellness-related industries within healthcare, preferred.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, preferred.
