Description

  • Build, develop, and manage an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to qualify and educate prospects.
  • Identify customer profiles quickly and tailor conversations to their needs.
  • Document sales activity thoroughly in the CRM to maintain a clean pipeline.
  • Guide prospects through their first order as a consultative partner.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Uncover and diagnose the needs and pain points of corporate partners.
  • Educate users on customer insights and B2B best practices.
  • Develop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals and respond to inbound RFPs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the sales process and support opportunity implementation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience as an Account Executive or Business Development Representative.
  • Proven track record of being a top performer.
  • Persistent drive to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Ability to influence others, drive conversations, and successfully sell.
  • Experience conducting effective outreach to reach decision-makers.
  • Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically.
  • Strong technical skills for client proposals and RFP responses.
  • Strong desire for customer experience excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth tech company.
