Description

  • Follow the established sales process and participate in weekly coaching.
  • Build and maintain the sales pipeline for the Southern Europe region.
  • Research high-value prospects and identify IT pain points.
  • Generate qualified leads through email, cold calls, and other outreach methods.
  • Engage prospects, build rapport, and uncover their needs.
  • Set high-quality meetings with IT departments and key decision-makers.
  • Communicate the value of ControlUp’s platform to prospective customers.
  • Participate in SDR training, classroom learning, role-plays, and practice sessions.
  • Meet or exceed quota, demonstrating consistent performance over two consecutive quarters.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience; SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Working proficiency in English and French.
  • Spanish and/or Italian language proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience engaging potential customers through email, phone, and in person.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and connect them to business processes.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to meet objectives.
  • Experience being accountable to performance metrics and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment.
