Description

  • Research prospects and identify pain points in the DACH market.
  • Engage end-users, influencers, and decision-makers to secure meetings.
  • Generate qualified leads through email, cold calls, and other direct outreach.
  • Build rapport with prospects and uncover their business needs.
  • Follow an established sales process with weekly coaching and training.
  • Set quality meetings with IT departments across the country.
  • Support pipeline generation and help increase overall sales productivity.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team so they can focus on running prospect meetings.
  • Participate in the SDR training program, including classroom learning, role-plays, and practice.
  • Exceed quota and performance targets, including doing so for two consecutive quarters.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience.
  • Previous SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Experience engaging potential customers by email, phone, and in person.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise, and accurate communication.
  • Fast learner with a passion for new technologies and the ability to map them to business processes.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete objectives.
  • Demonstrated accountability to metrics and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment.
  • Fluent German at C2 level or equivalent mastery.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
