Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for net-new and expansion accounts.
  • Build and execute account and territory plans to grow business within the assigned region.
  • Sell through channel partners, directly to end users, and via cloud marketplaces such as Azure.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, channel partners, and cloud marketplaces to create deal velocity and close opportunities.
  • Engage IT and business stakeholders from the first conversation through final negotiation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform and communicate its business and IT value to prospects and customers.
  • Run sales cycles with urgency, strong value selling, and accurate forecasting.
  • Help define and raise performance standards for the Commercial segment.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling to both IT and business decision-makers.
  • A proven track record of exceeding quota, with 120%+ performance as the norm and President’s Club or similar recognition.
  • Experience hunting for new business and building pipeline without relying on inbound leads.
  • Experience selling through partners and cloud marketplaces, including both direct and channel-led motions.
  • Ability to clearly articulate business value and tell a compelling solution story.
  • Process-driven, coachable, and highly committed to sales craft.
  • Must be willing to meet customers in person when needed.
  • Must reside in WA, MT, ID, OR, CA, NV, UT, AZ, AK, or HI.
  • Preferred: experience selling EUC, DEX, VDI, or infrastructure monitoring solutions.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Citrix, VMware, IGEL, or ControlUp.
  • Preferred: MEDDPICC training or certification.
