Description

  • Own the full revenue motion from first conversation through signed contract.
  • Close complex, high-value enterprise deals directly with senior marketing and transformation leaders.
  • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with CMOs, digital transformation leaders, and martech buyers.
  • Work closely with company leadership and remain close to the product and commercial strategy.
  • Help shape where the company grows next through direct influence on revenue priorities.
  • Operate as a builder in a lean, selective growth environment rather than simply managing a sales team.
  • Represent the company in discussions with enterprise clients and support confidential deal conversations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value enterprise deals personally.
  • Senior-level relationships with CMOs, digital transformation leaders, and martech buyers.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, martech sales, AI-driven marketing platforms, digital transformation services, or enterprise agency leadership.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a lean, hands-on environment.
  • Comfort working closely with company leadership and a proprietary AI platform.
  • US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
  • Experience building trust with executive buyers and securing meetings by direct outreach.
  • Preference for candidates with background in enterprise-level agency leadership or AI-enabled marketing technology.
