Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 15-25 high-touch enterprise accounts across France and Switzerland.
  • Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through strategic adoption, executive engagement, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build trusted relationships with operational and executive-level stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Develop data-driven success plans aligned to clients’ key business objectives.
  • Map strategic contacts across key accounts to support retention and account health.
  • Drive adoption of Contentsquare products, including Product Analytics from Heap, across web and mobile use cases.
  • Champion AI-powered capabilities such as Sense Analyst and MCP integration across customer workflows.
  • Engage customers on Data Connect and work cross-functionally to unlock value within their data ecosystems.
  • Partner with Sales to build renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor portfolio performance using customer success tools and proactively flag risks and critical situations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-touch enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Senior Consulting, or deep expertise with Contentsquare and/or standard analytics products.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with both C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in French and English.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the analytics landscape, including Digital Experience Analytics, Product Analytics, A/B testing, and data-led product development.
  • Familiarity with modern data and AI tools and platforms, including Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales to drive growth.
  • A proactive, structured, and ownership-driven mindset.
  • Passion for technology, AI-powered products, and the SaaS business model.
