Description

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Experience Managers working with strategic customers.
  • Provide tactical and strategic guidance to ensure strong service delivery, value realization, and project execution.
  • Serve as the primary Customer Experience Manager for a small portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Drive customer experience strategy and deliverables to increase team impact.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals tied to retention, growth, and adoption.
  • Maintain and report accurate customer health and project status within the region.
  • Collaborate with sales peers to support customer outcomes and account planning.
  • Work with TAM leaders to improve customer outcomes and build a culture of collaboration and learning.
  • Identify and activate strategies to proactively expand value within accounts.
  • Act as an escalation point for at-risk customers and coordinate cross-functional support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a CSM, CEM, PM, or related customer-facing revenue-focused role, ideally within security or cloud.
  • 3+ years of experience managing post-sales Customer Success or Services roles focused on Fortune 100 accounts.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and managing high-performing revenue teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models, with the ability to learn Wiz’s offerings quickly.
  • Location in London (UK/I) or Paris, France.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship.
  • Experience in security or cloud environments (preferred).
